Hirander Misra is currently the Chairman and CEO of GMEX Group, Chairman of SECDEX and Director of Digital Investment Fund PCC. He is also a Partner at Digital Partners Network, Co-Chairman at FinComEco and a Director at DAG Global. Previously, he was the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Chi-X Europe Limited, instrumental in taking the company from concept to successful launch.
Hirander is designated as a leading influencer in the All Party Parliamentary Group 2018 report on the UK Blockchain industry. He is also In LATTICE80’s Top 100 influencer list for the UN Sustainable Developments Goal agenda for pioneering blockchain technology solutions. He is featured in the Financial Technologist 2019 list of the 50 most game-changing founders of FinTech companies.

Scott Riley has been an instrumental part of various start-ups from niche broker dealers all the way through to building new central market infrastructures. Be it ADX in Australia or Chi-X in Europe, Scott has seen and managed the transition from floor trading through to screens. This has included closure of a floor presence, bringing all the business ‘upstairs’, joining new electronic markets and being amongst the very first firms to offer and risk manage direct market access in the new electronic trading environment. The precursor to the commoditised DMA that is available today.

Dr Iain Saville CBENon Executive Chairman and Chair of Risk & Compliance Committee
Iain has had a range of senior executive roles in finance, ranging from asset management for the Bank of England in the 90s through leading CREST to delivery on time and budget, shaping T2S for the ECB and finally modernising Lloyd’s of London. He has been an independent director of a number of varied businesses for the last decade, and is now an INED for EuroCCP and the Astana Financial Services Authority.
Tony HarropNon-Executive Director responsible for Technology
Tony is Group CIO of GMEX Group Limited and CEO of GMEX Technologies. Tony is also Managing Director of GMEX Innovation Limited, created by the MBO of the technology team at PLUS Markets. Tony joined PLUS as CTO in 2010, and led their strategic initiative to realign the technology team and build a ‘Next Generation’ stock exchange. Prior to this, in 2007 as CTO, he created and launched LiquidityHub a Fixed Income platform to serve the Interest Rate Swaps market. As Business Solutions Director at Evolution Consulting (2000-2007), he built a successful financial services consultancy with over 100 staff and their own software product.
Sean KiernanNon-Executive Director
Sean is the Founder and CEO of DAG Global Limited, and has extensive experience in financial services, having worked in various roles in executive management. Most recently, Sean was the COO of the London office of the first bank in the world to offer crypto products to clients: Falcon Private Bank in Switzerland. He also has experience setting up new banks in the UK from his time with Credit Suisse (Clariden Leu). His insights from traditional finance, combined with banking and regulatory expertise in the digital asset space, are instrumental in setting up the first regulated bank in the UK to handle digital instruments.
John M.M HollandNon-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee
John Holland currently holds a portfolio of non-executive board roles: he chairs a brokerage business and a Greater China Asset Management business, and is Director of a UK/Africa Payments/Education company, a Solar Farm company and a Hedge Fund. He has both chaired and been a member of numerous Audit and other Board Committees. Previously, Holland was a member of UBS Investment Bank Board, working at UBS and its predecessor banks for 24 years in its Global Equities business. In this time he worked closely with Financial Regulators in many countries and was a member of the European Securities Markets Experts Group for three years, advising the European Commission on new regulation.
June AitkenNon-Executive Director and Chair of HR Committee
June Aitken has extensive experience in financial markets, having held senior roles at HSBC Bank plc and UBS AG. Aitken is currently a partner in a private consultancy business advising asset managers on the establishment of funds and their investment, regulatory and governance policy processes. She currently sits on the board of the JP Morgan Asian Growth and Income Trust, and on the advisory boards of a private equity firm and a consultancy providing technology and operating solutions for fund management companies.
